I'm replacing my "lovely" factory strings with a good set and unfortunately the old ones fell off the cam before I got a good look at where they hooked on. Ack! This is my first time replacing them myself.
So here's a picture of the M2 cam. Does the 2nd end of the string hook on to A or B? I'm guessing A, but don't want to mess up anything. I've already attached the cable and didn't have any trouble with it.
If not B, then what's B for?

Peg B makes your drawl length s 1/2" shorter.

I think I messed up. Here's a new image also showing where I attached the cable (C). I just now hooked the string onto A, then started tightening the limbs. The strings got tighter, the cable got looser. I don't know what I did wrong. Can anyone help me with where everything hooks on??

Yes the Peg A give you a full draw lenght and the Peg B give you a 1/2" shorter than your module does.
.....and another FYI, that I didn't know or think much about at the time.....and manual doesn't mention.
Going from A (Pin 1) to B (Pin 2), not only shortens draw length 1/2", but has same effect as shortening draw string 1/2", so....all else being the same.....maximum poundage of your bow ends up approx 5lbs less.
Also under rotates cam a little, but doubt that is much of an issue on these.
