well i didnt think it would happen to me but it appears it did ,while at full draw last night my top limb split and the pulley and axle came out ,man i had to go to the head after that , holey #### !what i need is advice on what the process is to send it back to martin, do i contact them first ? do they send a pick up tag ? a box ?any help would be thankful, man i am so bummed out , now i am going to have to start all over again :eek:

Call Martin cs on Monday morning. Remember that they might be somewhat behind of you in global time (i am not aware of the US time zones). Ask for Joel - most people say that he is the best one to talk to.
I am sorry that you had to make this experience yourself..

You are going to call JoelC. He may tell you to take it to your dealer and work through him. If not then he will give you an RA (return authorization) number. Then you head to an archery shop and get a bow box that will fit. It doesn't have to be a Martin box. You head out to your shipping office of your choice, make up an address tag. Remember to write the RA# on the front of the box. Then pay your shipping bill and sit back and wait.
