Hello - I just bought a used Martin Tracer Magnum 2004. The seller told me the draw length is adjustable from 26-31 and is currently at 30". It has the F-7 module on it. I was just wondering what module I need for a 26"-27" draw length (or which 2 I would need).

Sorry for what is probably an overly repeated question topic but thank you!

If the F7 module is isntalled the bow wont adjust to 31" as the F7 is the largest module available.

I'd say you will need F4 or F5 for the drawlengthes you are asking for. Maybe even F3.

You should be able to get all 7 modules (F-1 to F-7) for somewhat around 30$ at any Martin Archery shop.

Sorry Simon, but I think yo're wrong on this one. If the bow adjusts from 26" to 31" then the F1 module would be for 26" and F2 for 27".

You are correct that modules can be had as a complete package, either from a dealer or directly from Martin. Individual modules retail for less than $5 each and tghe whole package retails for $20 and a couple pennies and is listed as item #3056.

Hmm. I was so sure that i am right.

If the bow uses F-modules there should be a draw range of around 6 to 7" as there are 7 F-modules. If the F7 is making 30" the F5 would be 29", the F4 would 28" and the F3 is 27".

Hmmm. We even do not know which cam is used.

As you are much more experienced than i might ever be: You must be right, Barry. :)

Thank you so much for responses. Appreciate how prompt it was.

If it helps/changes anything, it has a Dyna-cam on it.

Bfisher - If I buy item 3056 which is the module pack, is that one of every module (f1-f7) and all of those will work with my bow and also (I'm sure) 1 of them will give me my desired draw length?

Just a curiosity question - why does the Martin site have the pack listed for $13 and a single cam module for $10 (item 3054)?

thanks again

Yepp. his the right one and those modules will fit the Dynacam.

The pack contains 7 modules made out of plastic while the single modules are made out of aluminium. No need to invest more money to the alloy modules as the plastic ones work really good.

Yep, Simon is right on this one. You buy the whole pack then you'll have them all---F1 thru F7. That would help me and Simon, too. Somehow yo'd end up with the right module and that would make us both right----LOL.
