How much space should be between the string and the sts? Its on a 2010 Cheetah.Thanks

I have a 1/16" gap between the string and stop. I don't know if this is standard but it works for me without any adverse effects.

That depends on you and your shooting style. Start with a very small gap and try to find the best setting. it is a bit of trail and error.

I am trying to get it quieter and have heard that sometimes an adjustment on the sts will help,right now there is a very small gap.Thanks for the replies.

personally i go with about a 1/8" gap on my 2K9 cheetah, and she is pretty quiet now, but just try different gaps and go with whats best for you
