orion bow problem

I own a martin orion magnum and after shooting it for the first year my string broke.I had the string replaced an finished the season bagging a nice 5 pt.This year I began to practice for the upcoming season and noticed some wear in the same area where the string broke last year.It is on the lower inside cam at the pivot pin point area.Has anyone had this problem can it be corrected or is it a design defect...JT.:confused:

Can you post a picture? This would help in evaluating the problem area. I assume it's a Dyna-cam.
