No. You just need to know who sold you the bow for further reference in case of warranty issues.

If you have an owner's manual just staple the sales receipt inside the front page. Also record the serial number from the limb sticker. The bow has a limited lifetime warranty, meaning the riser, limbs, cams, CCS and such are covered 100% for 10 years. After that they are covered at 50% retail for the life of the owner. Strings, bearings and such are not covered.

Bearings are covered under warranty, at least that is what Martin's state in their warranty section.
