Vince went above and beyond to help me get an issue with my Bengal resolved. Called me back when I left messages and was very willing to make sure my issue got resolved to my satisfaction. Which it did.
I will absolutely buy another Martin bow.

must be nice they have had my bow since the 17 th of last month and i have called them 2 times and they have called me back but havent got any answers on what is wrong with my bow what they are doing to it or anything im not to impressed with there warranty service

Sometimes its not so easy to fix problems, but keep on it. ;)

I just found out that Martin is replacing my limbs, string, and idler. This all happened in less than five days! Awesome!

Martin has the best custom service, that i have ever dealt with.a++ to joel especially. He has always made thing right for me. :d:d

My first Cougar Mag was in 1986, Been through some bows since then. 2006 I ordered a Coug. Mag. III couldnt get nitrous cams at that time. I accidently met a young man (JOEL) that told me that he could fix me up. Martin installed the nitrous cams and new string at a min. cost that day. I have since bought many Martin bows out-fitting my wife, son, daughter, and four grandchildren. Not one problem with any of them. That old Cougar with the heavy limbs at 75 lbs. & 28" draw sends 453 grains just at 300 fps. Thats a lot of energy! BUT it is time for something a little smoother. Thanks Joel and Martin.;)
