Just took delivery of my used Martin Hatfield takedown recurve! Wow, it looks even better than it did on Ebay, did I say Ebay! yes I bought it on Ebay, risky but a lot better than paying $1,500 new in Australia let me tell ya.
This bow is an absolute work of art. 62" long and 55# at 28", about 59# with my DL. Put her together and had a few shots and have to say this bow is fast and packs a punch with 510gr Easton XX78s. Brace height is only 7 1/8" which probably accounts for the speed.
When I get my act together and buy a new camera, I'll get some pics up, together with all the other ones I promised.
