Just had the second new set of limbs put on (some thing wrong with 1st). This set seems to be different and the specs are. Not sure why?
07 Bengal mpro 45/60 limbs.

What changed?

Are strings and cables still in range of the given specs?

Ata was shorter and the cable wasn't twisted. Which that being said everything else is off.

Well, it seems that the new limbs are the wrong ones. With the limb bolts cranked all the way in, the bow scale registers only 52lbs., so the limbs are 35-50lbs, not 45-60lbs, like they should have been.:(

For which of your bows? What deflection number did you get?

07 Bengal the deflection code is 3L.

Hmmm... 3L sounds pretty good to me. Unless you know the deflection number of the previous limbs..

Just for me to remember:
You had a limb failure and got a replacement, right?
Did you receive the original 14" Magnum limbs, 13" Magnum (produced until 2010) or the the 2010 limbs?

If 2010: Did you get a replacement Roto Cup?
If not: Have you measured if you got the right limb length?

I have a square limb pocket with a round end limb. The limb was made 8/10. The length is 13".

Same as my freak. My bow had 5H originally @ 65#, put 7H '09 round end limbs on and got 79.5#! If each digit increase is 5# it should have been 75# max like I wanted. So it must be a rough guide or the specs are full of it.

Why? Because the deflection is probably different on the modern limbs, maybe a different maker. ;)

Need all the specs. If the ATA is longer you will recover some some of the weight getting them all right.

Imho, the new limbs DON"T work correctly in the older risers.

That is right. They were not made for this.
