cam question

ok im new to this style cam set up as my martin lynx had diferent style cams.
My fire cat came with the module set. Do i go up or down in the numbers to shorten my draw length? it currently has the F5 installed

You must go down - if F5 is 29", F4 is 28".

much better now got that part done all that is left now is to sight it in tomorrow morning now that i have it tuned the way it feels comfortable.
