wax for martin firecat

I can't find my wax for my martin firecat, can I use my wax for my Excalibur Exocet cross bow?

I think you can, just don't put too much.

Crossbow strings are made of the same materials as vertical bows so I would use it. In fact, when I worked in a shop a few years back I used Ten Point crossbow wax quite often. It's better than TexTite.
