I have a 2010 Cheetah 45-60# my question is should I back the poundage off when the bow is not in use for long periods of time and if so how much?

This is not required for modern compounds

It is not required but it wont harm your bow. I always backed of the limbs around 10 turns as soon as i knew that i will not use them for quite a period.
