Anyone shot a ridge hunter yet? Looking for pros and cons. How was the draw? Was it smooth? Really like the looks of this bow for the money!

This bow has caught my eye as well. I love the riser! Hopefully it's a shooter with a smooth draw and I might just own it. I started out looking at the 2011 Pantera, but now I just dont know!lol:D

Haven't shot the Ridge Hunter, but I can say the draw on the 2011's I have shot is a bit smoother than the 2010 models. Very nice draw on them. Looking forward to re-outfitting myself with a couple of new bows. lol

I have talked to alot of Martin dealers, all over the country they say wait until after the ATA then they can answer questions about the bow. I cant wait, it looks like an awesome bow.

Looking at the specs I'd say it's a FireCat TR1 with a different name. Had one of those. I liked the Cat cam better. Just my opinion.

The Ridge Hunter is also a close match to the Bengal.

Around the same price is also the Firecat 360 which has pretty well the same specs and has the SOS as standard equip.

2011..........FireCat 360
2010..........FireCat TR1
2009..........Moab

With some minor changes essentially all the same bow.

All these 32 1/4" or so bows. Take a look at the cam. Compare the a2a and brace height. There's some difference in the riser machining, but all essentially the same bow. Take into account the quality of the strings. Fit your pocketbook.
