hello I got a Martin jaguar T/D bow 55#
My draw weight is 28'.
suitable the easton power flight 7,3gpi 125 tip arrow.
and a PSE STL hunter 7,4gpi 125 gpi arrow
suitable to the bow?

I shoot a 400 8.4 gpi @ 32" 100 gr tip works great for me...
You can also try alluminium arrows, Gabor. I've found that they are much quieter then the carbon ones when shot from a traditional bow.

what"s that minimal arrow weight with what I may shoot in my martin j. 55# bow?
For a traditional bow/recurve it's good the weight of the arrow to be 10 grains per pound of the bow's DW. So your arrows should be 550 grains total - 33 grams. The lenght depends on your draw lenght, but at full draw i'd leave 2-3cm of the arrow to stay out of the bow - so if your DL is 28 inches the arrow should be 29.
