I got a 2010 sabre for christmas just got back from a buddies from shooting we ckecked my bow with his bow scale it check 52 pounds its suppose to be a 45 to 60 pound bow that is what the sticker says. Has anyone else had this problem with this and did martin stand behind it.

Near the base of the limb, on the side there should be a number/letter written on the side of the limb. What is on ours?
It could be the cable/string isn't twisted and the bow's specs are off. Or it could be the scale. I do assume the limbs are bottomed, right? Need to know the limb deflection first.

I bet its string stretch,if it has stock ones on you might have to twist them up to get back the poundage you lost.

I Have had this problem with martin. Ordered my girlfriend a 2011 martin leopard with 50# limbs. But when the bow came in it only had 40# limbs. Took it right back to the pro shop and told the owner this isnt what we ordered. so he checked his invoice just to double check. After checking his invoice he realized we were right then immediately got on the phone with martin. Martin then had to check there invoice and when they realized they made a mojor screw up told the proshop owner to tell us we will have our 50# limbs in in less then a week. So about four days later i get a call from the pro shop telling me to bring in my bow because my new limbs were in. I then asked him how much was the limbs and the limb swap gonna cost me? He then said not a damn thing! Now i live in Hawaii so i was very impressed. So to answer your question...yes this has happen to me and yes martin stood by there word 100%.
