Right now, a Fletcher True Peep. In the past, I've just cut the tubing nipple off my old peeps and used them that way. Seems to work just fine if you are careful cutting. I do drill them out to 7/32nds for hunting though.

1/8" peep with rubber tubing for hunting. Fletchers and Super Ball peep for competing. I use the 3/32, 1/16 and I have the 1/32, but lighting has to be perfect.

1/8" G5 and Fletcher.
The G5 is lighter but the Fletcher is my favorite.

How best to describe how I like them. Before I got a verifier, i had a little halo for a pin, but could still tell if I was on target or not, saw it like a 65 year old, Got the #5 verifier and now I see a clear target and a clear bright pin kinda like a teeager. I love 'em.:D

I guess I gotta get in on this. I've used many peeps over the years. Some aren't even made any more, but I still have them. I've kind of settled on the following:

Specialty Archer 1/4" Superball (hooded) with a #5 Verifier and 4X lens in an HHA sight. What I like about these is the versatility of being able to swap out different size apertures and/or lenses without having to remove the peep from the string. Those couple extra grains are not an issue as my main concern is being able to see the pin and what I'm aiming at.

I also like the 1.4" G5 but don't think they are worth the cost over a Fletcher of the same size. They're essentially the same thing, just that the G5 is magnesium whereas the Fletcher is aluminum. Either of these I would use on a hunting setup. From what I can tell I've got about the same results as Elkslayer 4x5.

They work very well for me . Although I was a little miffed at my last club shoot, when it it rained on my 2X lens for the last four targets. ;)

G5 meta peep 3/16. I feel it is a perfect size. Anything bigger just seems like I can see way too much in my peripheral vision & anything smaller feels like I have to strain to see through the darn thing, lol. 3/16 works great for me.

G5 Meta Peep 1/4" it has worked for me and I will not change unless it is to go to specialty archery so I may use a clarifier lens.
