Sight features a lightweight, composite 2" round guard with a glow in the dark shooter's ring for quick pin acquisition, red bubble level markings for elevation and windage adjustments, and four .029" fiber optic pins. The fifth pin is a TFO pin. http://www.eders.com/products/2-truglo-brite-site-xtreme-sight-black.html

What is TFO? T____ Fiber Optic?

TRITIUM/FIBER OPTIC PIN

Most revolutionary innovation since we introduced
fiber optic sight pins!

Tritium source keeps the fiber bright under any
lighting condition, including complete darkness.

Fits 3/16” slotted sights.

Perfect transition through all lighting conditions.

Glows in the dark.

Uses the brightest tritium available.

Patented technology.

Available in green or yellow fiber colors.

Used on handguns sights. Pitch black and they glow enough to see them.

Seems odd you could get tritium on a $35 sight. Interesting.

Marriage is like a deck of cards....
In the beginning all you need is two hearts and a diamond
By the end you wish you had a club and a spade!!!

GREAT!

It's funny, that bit about marriage has been my signature for a long time and no one has ever noticed it. Now that everyone is dissecting the new forum I get a bunch of comments. Maybe it is that or there is just no substance to read on here right now. :(

Real careful here, too. Taught wife to shoot. She's weird though. She started out with a .22 Ruger Semi-auto. Tried my handguns. Latched onto my Ruger BlackHawk in .45 Colt loaded with full house 300 gr Speer Plated Soft Points. Then she saw this S&W Hunter Special in .41 Magnum with magnaport (got my .45 back). Yep, full house 210 gr slugs for her. Shot the head off her first turkey with her .41. She's taken a bunch of deer with her Youth Model, camo Remington 1100 in 20 guage.
