I just want to give kudos to the CS rep at NAP. I emailed them a few weeks ago via their site inquiring about a new tension spring for my Quicktune 800. The one on mine broke. I didn't get a response,so I posted in the NAP section on Broadheadtalk.com. I received a PM asking for my mailing address so this guy could get me "fixed up". I gave my address and was expecting a spring to repair my rest. UPS dropped off an unexpected pkg today that contained a whole new rest at no cost to me. With customer service like that, I'll be using more of their products and encourage others to do the same. Thanks NAP!
