I just want to give kudos to the CS rep at NAP. I emailed them a few weeks ago via their site inquiring about a new tension spring for my Quicktune 800. The one on mine broke. I didn't get a response,so I posted in the NAP section on Broadheadtalk.com. I received a PM asking for my mailing address so this guy could get me "fixed up". I gave my address and was expecting a spring to repair my rest. UPS dropped off an unexpected pkg today that contained a whole new rest at no cost to me. With customer service like that, I'll be using more of their products and encourage others to do the same. Thanks NAP!

I've been using NAP archery equipment since whenever I returned to archery and I can say this; They are second to none for Customer Service. That said, you can buy direct from NAP. 1-800-323-1279
