Gold Tip tip grip, it the only product I use for inserts and vanes. I know of a few people that use the loc-tite super gel with good results though.

I use good ol fashion glue sticks. You can use the expensive ones from your archery shop or the ones the sell at a arts and crafts store. Both work like a charm.

I use the plain jane elmers glue stick! Works great! I've been using it since I can remember and it's only like .99$!

Lock-tite or super glue gel or liquid. Works great and lasts a long time. Vanes or inserts.

tried a bunch of stuff. my most recent test was the bohning cool blue stick. only lost three nibs at Paris. i cut the shafts, wash them with soapy water, let them dry then clean the nib end with either 91% alky or acetone. heat the nib till the glue melts onto the nib. they still come out.

i've tried 5 min. expoy following the same procedure. i've tried some older easton glue stick that i've had since Noah was a pup. same results with both. beginning to think the problem is with either the x ringer shafts or the nibs. i've used both victory points and PDP points.

i think the archery gods are displeased with me. :(

Goat Tuff glue. (Super glue) Use it on inserts and vanes both. Seems to bond really well with carbon. Holds everything in tight, and easy to remove if I need to. Just apply heat, and it'll break the bond.

I take a round steel file and scratch up the inside of the arrow shaft, and other than an insert or two coming out(very rare), the combination of that method and 5 min. epoxy really works well.

here's an update...went out to shoot this p.m. and lost three more nibs out of my xringers. tried some lightspeeds i used the blue glue on and had no problems. i'm thinking it has to do with size of the nibs and the I.D. of the victorys.
