Love the bow but the only problem i have with the bow is the grip it has came off twice. I was wondering if martin offers a better grip or even a wood grip to put on the bow the leather wrap and stick on carbon fiber inserts wont stay on any ideas or help would be great

I would call martin cs and ask them what they would have you to do. They would tell you the best thing to do. And you could ask them if there is an alternative grip.

Best bet Hutch.I know mine will be wrapped with black hockey tape, not pretty, but keeps my hand from going numb with the cold.

are all the Martin grips glue-on? If not,it seems like there would already be a pre-drilled hole for the 2pc bolt on grip under the glued on grip. Just a thought

Zebra grips look good, don't know if they'll fit the new grip design though. If somebody tries them, they should post a pic for everyone!

if you do this, post pics and do an "instructable" on the project. I would very interested in seeing your work and what you come up with. I thought about doing the same, but have zero wood working knowledge.

The grip on my Silencer seems to slide under pressure durring extended shooting. Not sure if the adhesive is warming from my hand or what, but after havin to reposision it a dozen times or so, I have since permenently bonded it with Gold Tip Tip Grip. No more issues!!

Here's a picture of my bow. Don't know if you can make out the wood grip.

I like the grip. I'm going to look into getting my cheetah redone before next season. I'm thinkin a wood grip will be my choice.

I like ur grip and black riser! Nice job. Only problem is that the grip in question is for the new saddleback. So far it doesn't look like there are any other alternatives other than home-brew...

saddleback? One piece? I don't know as I'd like that. Not if it's anything like a Matthews.
