well, i couldn't get 50 pound limbs for my Shadowcat yet, but i mounted the 60 pounders and backed them off to 50.5.

now i know why i love this bow...again... i just couldn't find a good substitute while my SC was out of commission.

its such a shooter, why would i ever want to try something else????

I'd have one in a heart beat if it had Barnsdale limbs and didn't cost $1000 here!

I have these 2011 limbs and they look pretty good. There's not been the problems with them that they've had with the earlier ones.

Might find some good buys in the AT classifieds.

X2 when your factor in the Australian dollar is worth more than the US dollar.

I keep an eye out but I'm a bit sus about some of the bows there. A lot of the ppl there seem to think shooting a bow under 5 grains per pound is fine? I don't want one of those bows.

i think i'm gonna keep the 60 pounders. i jacked it up to 53 pounds and gained some speed and frankly can't tell the difference in the draw weight at all. plus it went from 265 to 271. shucks, i might try 55 pounds when we get back from our honeymoon in London.

Sighted the Shadowcat in today and it is a tackdriver. Sweet bow, I had to replace 5 pin nock bushings just sighting it in. Shooting 27.5" DL, 54#DW with 340 grain X Cutters getting 262fps. I will definitely be in London with the Shadowcat.

I might take mine to Metro. Anyway that's the plan.....

just remember last year, Deadeye. how are you liking those HT arrows? i'm about ready to give up on the x ringers. is there a big price spread between the two? victory has the HV 1 and the HV 5, does HT have something like that in their lineup?

better get 'er tuned cause those super seniors have really started raising the bar since ASA went with the new SOY program.

hope to see you there.
