Howdy, just wondering if anyone might be able to identify my martin, I would like to find out specifications etc but cant seem to work out what model it is.

I think its about a mid 90's make.
75 pound max
65% let off
36 inch string
and I think it has 1 28-30 inch draw length

I have included some pics, hopefully they work.

Any help appreciated.
Cheers.

Welcome to the forum.I guess I will take a shot at this.Mid 80's to late 80's Lynx or M44 maybe, with Tri-Draw Flite Wheels.

I did a bit of a search, it does look more like the m44 than the lynx given the wooden handle. i'll do a bit more of a search for 'Martin Firecat M-44' and see what turns up.

Thanks.

I purchased mine new in 1995, the retailer said it was a 1994 model and it is identical to mine. Mind you, I wouldn't stake my life life on it, but I know it's highly unlikely that it's a 1996 model or later. Similarly, it's unlikely it was manufactured in the 1980's unless the retailer is a crook. I guess that could be possible too.

Great! Thanks

My pleasure. It's actually a fine shooting bow, those small wheel cams are extremely accurate. I still dust her off occasionally and take her outside. i might add it has quite a bit of mojo over the years as well!

Are you sure it's a Lynx? I bought my Lynx Magnum in '90 and it has cams on it. So did they sell a regular one wihout the cams? Other than the cams and wood grip it did remind me of the one I have.

Would be my guess too.

I couldn't say for sure if they all did, but mine certainly has a wooden 2 sided grip.
