Good to see your ok but I'm sorry to hear why you have been away. Thought you might have just had enough of forums like everybody at some stage but I didn't think it was as serious as that! Sounds like you are getting it sorted though. Riding your mountain bike everyday is a great sign I think, and you have a great son keeping an eye on you too.
