explain limb numbers?

I think the the Jury is still out on that question, have'nt a few bad 2011 limbs been reported? So I'd say the ones that stay togather are the best ones. :)

What would 3L mean,is there a way to know how much poundage is reduced by turning the limb bolts?

I believe your manual say 1 turn out on each limb bolt will reduce poundage by aprox 3 pounds, and never turn your bolts out more than 5 turns.

never turn your limb bolts out more then 5 turns and then shoot it.but to do work on your bow you can back them out till one has slack in the string to do work on the bow.

Lol, just saying wwhat the manual says. ;) but martins are great, because you dont HAVE to have a press. Even though presses are really handy!!!!
