Let this be a lesson for you. Never ever ty to let a bow down slowly. You're probably aware of it now, but when we try to let down too slowly we end up torquing the bow and that's what causes derailments 99% of the time. That and more draw weight than we can control. Just something to think about.
Welcome to the Tech forum deerchser.
I really got a lot of laughs out of your thread on AT.:D Of course, I'm not at all surprised by some of the responses.
I get way more help and insight from those of us here than those at AT...
Besides, before I bought my Onza, I tried to jump ship; shot Hoyt, Mathews, Bear, G5, Alpine, Diamond... just could not find a bow that shot/felt any better than my cat for the $$. Put that alongside world class people and customer service, you gotta go Martin ;)
man that thread is picking up some heat now.i just had to toss my .01 in to the mix.
I think its funny, all the Mathews fans are frothing at the mouth!
It is getting pretty funny over there. it was a good idea to post it. if for no other reason than a good laugh.
Oh, and by "slowly" I ment I went to let the string drop but pull the weight of my arm with it.
Here is a few pics for you to enjoy
WARNING: BOW PORN.....for those that dont like sexy curves, turn your heads
