Why the "chicks" are buying bows

I couldn't figure out why all the bows I've been flipping on C___list have been of interest to females (granted they're low # bows too). Anyone know what in the heck the Hunger Games are?:

It's a new movie coming out, or already out. It must be the new "cool" thing to do. lol

I'm actually gonna go see this with my wife, she has been pretty jazzed on it for a while. she likes the books. if this gets her to start shooting and off my arse about my bows, I'm down.

We will be going to see the movie too. It will be a box office hit I'm sure.

son is going tomorrow with his buddy, reads all the time, then has to see the movies.. he will tell me all about it just like the books..

i wont see it in theaters.i just cant bring myself to spen 50.oo to go see a movie.i wil wait till it is on dvd just like every other movie that comes out.red box is great.

yeah the previews made this movie look pretty good. the same chicks that are into twilight and such are usually into this movie. the last girl i dated is into these book but she would never even go hunting with me, or even eat wild game for that matter, for some reason she loved going to cabelas with me, but she would tell her friends how disgusting the cabelas store is in north idaho, but if i ever wanted to go she couldnt get in the car any faster to go with me. to be honest though after dating a girl that did hunt, i think id rather date one that didnt because taking my recent girlfriend hunting is like babysitting.....and it makes me mad
