Why the "chicks" are buying bows

My wife read all the books, and now she wants a recurve bow....LMAO!!

I don't know much about the movie and will also wait for it to come out in RedBox, but from what I understand the hero of the story is a girl that uses a bow. Anything that gets kids involved with archery can only have positive returns as these kids become adults that vote.
