They may not be glued in. I never glue in nocks. Grab them, twist and pull. Try a pair of needle nose pliers if you can't get a hold on them. If they they are in fact glued in I am no help to you.Quote:

I echo what Hutch said. I also use a lighter very little heat and it may come out easier. Don't burn the Carbon.
