I wonder how some Gold Tip Nugent Zebra Stripe arrows would look with that???????????????
Thanks!. I'm very happy with how it turned out. Now i need to get to shooting it. I Flinched while paper tuning it at the Bow shop. They got a big laugh out of it. I haven't shot a bow in awhile. I need to retrain the brain and body. LOL
Thanks Bill. I tagged you in some of the pics. it's all over AT and Bowfreakz.
They probably would go together. I'm itching to try them Axis arrows.
DS, that is one awesome looking bow! That ASAT turned out great :)
You'll like the Axis Nano arrows, I've been shooting them since they came out and don't have a bad thing to say about them. Matter a fact I've just ordered another dozen a couple days ago. Took me 2 years to go through the first dozen lol ;)
I put about 50-60 shots through the bow earlier. I didn't have to change anything on my sight as I didn't touch the knobs when i removed it. I was only using the 20 yard pin. I don't make any adjustments until I have at least 100-150 shots though the new strings. I'm gonna go back out later and put another 60 shots though it again. I did pull out the Chrono to see where my HT-2 arrows with 4 inch vanes and Fobs are at. I did my measuring making sure I had good clearance with my Fob'ed arrow. I was good to go. I am using the same arrow shafts for both. They are all the same length and spine, the only difference is that two are equipped with 4 inch vanes and the other two have Fobs on them.
Total weight of arrow shaft with NO vanes or fobs is 242 grains with nock and insert installed. Total arrow length from carbon end to deep end is nock is 28.75 inches.
Same shaft above with with 4 inch vanes installed is 373 grains with 100 grain FP. I'm shooting an average of 283 FPS.

Same shaft above with Starrflight fob installed is 367 grains with 100 grain FP. I'm shooting an average of 285 FPS

The bow is exactly at 60 pounds with a 28 inch draw length. Am I doing alright for the Dl and DW?.
over 100 shots now on the new strings. I still haven't had to adjust the sight!. Woot-Woot!.
