1 more hopefully short day of work and it's 9 days of hunting.
little Bucks have been chasin for a week or two now, waiting for the big bucks to come out even though im hunting state land we still get 1 or 2 nice ones on camera every year!
Big bucks live on state land, too, just have to be patient, last light is when you most likely see one of the big guys, If you've got does around, just wait, bigger bucks will show up. :)

Great pics Cap! I wish there was more people here in Michigan letting those two year olds walk but it is what it is.. just makes it so you have to work a little harder and do your homework every year just like anywhere else in the country. Cant tell you how many spikes to basket 8 points i see shot around here.. Im all for putting meat in the freezer but most those same guys put the pass on a doe, our buck to doe ratio is outrageous here in Michigan, Not to bad in the U.P but down south i see more hunters in the woods then bucks i have 4 different bucks on camera this year total 1 shooter.
I am as ready as I'll ever be but the 87 degree weather just puts me in a bad mood!!!:mad:
