They are "let off" specific. They cant be adjusted.
you need to change let off by changing the modules

The Z Cams are 65% let off only, as far as I know. Changing a module will not get you more or less let off, it will just change the draw length of the bow. The Z Cams have a pretty wide valley, I call it mushy, no real back wall. I liked the old Z Cams and still have a bow with them.

some of old martin dealer have modules marked with a # than the letter hl for high let-offQuote:
