I realize this forum is dedicated to tech aspects of Martin products but I have been trying to get in touch with someone/anyone from Martin tech support for over two weeks and can't ever reach a live person on the phone. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there someone I could contact specifically who would actually pick up the phone? I've been wanting to get some more info on a custom bow order, but if I can't speak with a live person at least once what else am I to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
when you call Martin you get the auto mesage if you hit 0 you will get a operator.. other then that you get a mesage and leave your name and number they will call you back.. every time I have done it was a week or so.. speak to the operator she maybe able to help you out ..when I needed to send my limbs back the operator took care of it I had the new limbs mounted on the bow befor the Tech called me Back LOL
Thanks for getting back to me! Unfortunately I took your advice, called, and pressed zero for the operator... The phone continues to ring without even a message. Does anyone work there?
they go to lunch from 12 to 1 pm pst:confused: try um again now they close at 4:30
