or does any other company make them?
Can the riser/cams/string handle 80lb limbs?

Yes, this should be no problem.
If you have already a Cheetah you can calculate the designated limb deflection.
Let's say you have 5M limbs and you have a draw weight of 70 lbs. Get 7M limbs and you have a draw weight of 80 lbs.
Every digit gives or takes 5 lbs in draw weight. Martin limbs have been produced in a range from 01 to at least 10 so as long as your current limbs are not 9H or somewhat around that you can get higher poundgae by getting the right limbs.
The only problem could be to get the right limbs as there are newer and more narrow limbs that wont fit you 2009 bow.

Ask different Martin dealers in Australia. Some may have them on stock. You can also check ArcheryTalk.com classifieds.
Here in the States, new limbs go for about $200, but can be found used at $40-60. Just watch AT class ads. :)
