What do you guys use for bow vises?

What do you guys use for bow vises?

Apple bow vice.

Don't need one with my Guardian, and the Firecat won't either :)

I use the bow vise from lancaster archery.....i'll post a pic later

I did use a old apple press with the rope but got rid of it now i will have to try just back limb bolts out to let tension off strings to change or adjust them.
