Agreed with the above. Accuracy & stability are far more important to get that kill.

Overspined will always be the wise way to go. If the arrow is underspined it can distort during release which will affect its accuracy & trajectory.

Download the Easton shaft selector. For hunting they specify 340-375. For targets 390-400. This is with a 100 arrow point

Have you got any photos of your progress so far? Under the paint is the alu anodized or is it just a dull finnish?
