Just a general purpose cleardrying adhesive. It dries in a couple minutes meaning if you have a single fletch [jojan] jig like i do you can do another fletch nearly straight away.

Dont know if you have it Stateside but all I use these days after bad experiences with fletchtite is Tarzans Grip. Never have a problem.
Heh Heh HEh;):D:D:cool:
Cant add anything to the question but just that I have the same release myself, dont like the velcro and dont like the way the release head is in the way for opening gates, grabbing things etc, but...
Thanks cj. If there's one thing I learned in my wreched life its that if I dont find something humerous in the worst of my predicaments, then I would very soon be huddled in a corner rocking slowly...
Its ok when you can laugh later. When you still want to cry six months later its not so good! Lucky I'm in the former!:D::D:D
Yep gonna start making my own bamboo and glass longbows. That way when I blow one up i'll have another in reserve!
Back in the ol' days when dinosaurs were legitimate targets, I had a teardrop on my string let go. The only other time I've nearly pooped myself using a bow was when that module let go, limbs...
thanks I'm in no hurry. Going more to the trad side now anyway.
Howdy CJChasman,
Yeah, I dont want to be drawing my bow with one eye on the module each time. I have accepted that with the current limbs I am now limited to a 55# bow and not the...
After having a fiber module blow on me with a hell of a bang and possible limb damage [ weakened] I will never use a fiber one again.
Last bit of detail, put it on scales today, and only went 56#! I am at a loss to understand it unless it is as I surmised. The limbs in some way must have been weakened by the module cracking up from...
Havent been able to yet, will be a couple of days before i can, but it may be a little heavier. It all seems very weird.
TTT:confused:
Just thought I would offer this last update if any one is interested . When I pulled down the bow I actually swapped one limb for an undamaged one I had from a previous set with the same deflection...
Nothing bigger than a man who can admit he has made a mistake, and to do it via a public medium is pretty good stuff.
Seeing as I cant remember the exact length of the shafts[ comes from being senior and owning 3 bows] just going by overhang in front of rest, if anything it might have lengthened a tad. I still can...
Well I pulled the bow down and found---- diddly squat. Compared the degree of bend and geometric outlines with others I have and identical. I have twisted the cable up 1/4'' and bow definitely seems...
Just noticed that the cam is slightly over rotated, even though the string length is fairly close and the cable is maybe 1/4'' long . That may take up little of the rotation but not the draw weight,...
Never weighed it destroyer but I know it was a heck of a lot heavier than it is. I mean it should be somewhere around 70# with the bolts screwed down as they are at the moment, but only shows 55# on...
Actually as archerx7 said it was made, even if for one year with Fusion cam. Serving on cable seems completely undisturbed. Probably gonna put in the too hard basket and shoot it with a hard hat and...
Thanks cjchasman that is exactly what I wanted. I should be getting 70# with those limbs maxed out at my d/l of 30'' but am only getting 55#.It seems that when the module let go then the resulting...
Yeah guess its about all I can do.
TTT any one?
G'day scepterman it has the single fuzion cam.
