Is it possible to remove nocks from carbon arrows once thy're glued in? I had a dozen made from hunters friend and want to give it a go at making my own lighted nocks and don't want to buy new arrows

I want to go with lighted nocks but the set up i'm using now [beamen ics 400's @ 29"] gives me just about 10% foc with 100 gr heads. I"d like to keep that as a minimum and lighted nocks would bring...
