@ehunter I got my first with a bow at 10 steps last fall and just as exciting as a deer that close if not more so. Biggest issue for me and spring is I can't call worth a darn and never used decoys...
I grew up in Illinois/Cass county but never hunted turkeys until I moved here. First try at spring season so never know. They basically live in my backyard two coulees over so hopeful anyways....
Dang sorry to hear you may not get out. Definitely will post pics as I got the first bird with a bow last year. Can't really call all that well so we'll see what spring does. Much easier to get a...
Just 5 weeks and the new year seasons begin. Been lucky to draw 6 tags in 6 applications for spring and fall now to get the bow readt to go.
Hope your Apache works out I really liked mine but after going to two shops and trying everything under the sun could not get the left tail kick out unless you seriously torqued the bow. Very easy...
Looks fabulous so much better than the old look.
I purchased my 2010 Bengal from KM as well and was told to keep the e-bay receipt from them and you are good to go for warranty issues as others said threy are a MArting authorized dealer I do...
Sharp!! And now he just needs a wrist sling to match. Glad you explained the two loops also, lol.
@ big red I did try the 5575 and 7595 but am now shooting the Easton ST Excels at 28" and they are shooting better than the GTs did, @ hutch never thought about that maybe go after that this weekend...
Still having the nock left and have done everything suggested by the book to correct this issue to include changing arrows three times for spine correction. When looking at it from behind it looks...
WOW!! That's quite the year. Congrats and wish you many more great seasons especially wih your son.
@ Double S I do have two targets and I don't normally group shoot BHs but I just had to see how close I would actually be with the blazers and the FOBs. I am planning on using the GRs for hunting...
Here's an update on my FOB experiment. Got outside today and shot the FOB, FPs, STs, and Reapers at 20 to 50 yards. Out to 20 yds all four grouped within' a 3 inch circle and I lost one arrow to...
Well I had to try the supposed gimmick and ordered some FOBs. Got them in the mail today and immediately stripped some fletchings on two arrows one 55/75 at 27 1/2" and a 75/95 at 29" with 100gr...
First thing that comes to mind is bubble gum an cotton candy, lol. Tell her nice job looks great.
And some folks thought mine was bright....looks great!!!
@ AS about time is right. That rest made it shoot like a dream now and with a bum shoulder I can go back to the 55/75 and lower the poundage a bit.
LOL!! Don't think the 2012 is in the cards but it looks awesome.
Some of you have tried to help with suggestions and know the frustration I have been having since I got the bow last December. Decided to hunt with it anyway and harvested both my deer and turkey...
Thanks guys gonna take it in this week hopefully to get it checked by local shop whose a Martin rep so we'll see.
Thanks for the response. All these bengal owners on here and no responses. I would think it should be solid and no movement except on the draw especially floating like it is.
Ok guys need to know if this is normal or if this may have been part of my problem the whole time with the left kick. Was shooting yesterday from a seated position on the hunting stool and rested...
It will definitely get here soon I'm sure of that so more tomorrow while I can.
Taking advantage of the unusual weather in ND this year and shooting outside today was great. Have been shooting inside at 13 yds for two weeks now after work and wanted to try out the new arrows...
