Default I Need Ideas For A Draw Board, I know I've Seen Some Here

I'm having a senior moment as my dad would say. Someone here showed me pictures of a simple draw board but I forgot who it was. I must have forgot to tag them for future use. Anyway, I could use a refresher.

    Thanks!

^^ The way it should be, never having to know if customer service is great or not! Too bad it isn't that way for all companies. It makes you wonder when eveyone knows about great customer service from a company doesn't it? ^^

I have pics I can post once I get home this evening. Simple basic DB. Used 2 1"X6" oak boards glued and screwed together, 1/2"x6" steel pipe, floor flange for the pipe, a strap winch and a 3' magnetic ruler (glued to board).

Thanks. It sounds a lot like the one I saw before.

This is about as simple as it gets (2x6, $7; 8" bolt, $0.35; boat wench, $20; turnbuckle, $1.99. Being able to DIY; priceless!):

My wife packed my bags and threw me out, as I was walking out the door, she told me "I hope you have a long and miserable life!"... To which I replied "Oh, now you want me to stay?!" LOL

I haven't welded anything in over 30 years Hutch. I only had a high school shop session on it so I was never any good or proficient at it. Maybe I need to take a class at the vo-tech and fill that square again.

    Thanks for the links.

    Spiker, where are those pictures?

I remember the draw board I saw on here used rope and pulleys, no winch. Anyone remember who's that was? I remember now it was Mudpig.

I noticed the ace bandage around the bolt. I assume that is to protect your bow's grip. Doesn't this make it hard to take a measurement and get an accurate draw length?
