And being as it was your money the only one that has to be pleased is you. Referring to my ealier post about the riser being cast; this is not necessarily a bad point. Back in the mid 70's and into the 80's cast risers were the standard. These were quite a step upward from the wooden risers. I even had a 1992 Darton Viper that had a cast riser and it was one fine bow. So don't worry about it as far as quality is concerned. The bow should last you many years if you desire to keep it.
