What did they change on the Nitro 2011

Does anybody know what Martin changed on the 2011 Nitro? My 2011 Shadowcat (made in 2010) has problems with the cable post on the lower cam hitting the other cable. Can someone post a photo of the latest cam to show me what has changed?

What cams do you have on your Cat?

The problem you describe has been experienced on Shadowcats and other models.

First, check that you modules are done up tight. There is very little clearance when the cams rotate and a loose module will allow things to touch.

Second, check the cable guide rod. It needs to be rotated just enough to keep the cables out of the way. If you pull them too far to one side, again things will bump into one another.

This problem can be overcome on CAT 1.5 cams, as my 2010 Cat did the same until I checked and adjusted both of the above.

While your doing those checks, I'll get the camera out and get some cam shots.

Second, check the cable guide rod. It needs to be rotated just enough to keep the cables out of the way.

Had to max it out. Even then there wasn't enough clearance so I had to take some metal of the bottom post and do a heap of twisting of the strings.

While your doing those checks, I'll get the camera out and get some cam shots.

No updated cam for 1.5 then? It should be the same as the Nitro 2 (cable post) but if they are all the same I'm screwed!
