Sorry for your loss.......keep us posted on what the manufacture and shop have to say the cause was..........and what they are willing to do to make it right.
How did it happen? Dryfire? Are you ok?
Let us know![]()
terrible, I was looking at the spot that your bow broke on my Saber and
noticed that it is the thinnest section on the riser. Makes me worry. Was it
a dry fire or something like that? What weight arrow are you using and what
year was your Saber made. I have an '05 Saber and as much as I like it, it still makes me worry. That break would make for quite a violent explosion.
Can't tell from the pic - but it looks like a casting boo-boo. Almost looks like sand inside there. Clean break too?
I was at full draw when the riser came apart.
It has never been dry fired. My total arrow wieght is 450 grains.

The riser snapped on Monday, it was replaced and returned to me by Friday the same week. All is sweet again. I will have the bow set up and be out shooting again today.
Thanks to Martin Archery & Archery Mart Australia.
I have every confidence this bow will continue to perform beyond my abilities to shoot.
