I agree, very Alex, reinforcement on the limbs tips?

I'd like to see how you would go with access to all the gear custom bow makers use, you certainly have the interest. The only bow making I have done is buying the dvd 'Rattlestick: A Selfbow Tutorial By Gary S. Davis' and I haven't even watched it yet lol!

Thanks, mate! I'm not sure whether reinforcement is the right word, but i've glued 2 extra layers of laminated wood on the tips of the limbs - looks better and the string is more secured. I would like to have some pro tools, but so far that's beyond my incomes. The last week i've visited a tool shop and was staring at a band saw and a belt sander like a child in a candy shop
P.S. Watch the dvd and start making some bows - it's almost as fun as shooting them!

I'll watch the DVD eventually but I don't have the patience required me thinks, and then there is my bad temper!
