New Bow! New to you bow!

Hey Guys, I have noticed a lot of guys getting new bows. Brand new or new to you here is something I usually do when I get a new bow. First I take a pic of the limb sticker. Then I go to the web site and print the info of the bow, plus a picture. Just an idea for you guys. Some of you might already do it. But is pays to have the info available. The reason I bring this up is I had a customer in here with a bow that I couldn't find the info on. Or should I say it took quite some time to find the info. Once I found it for him I printed it put it in a zip lock bag and into his case. The next time he is in the shop or another shop he has the info. Just a thought guys.

Great tip. I took a picture of my sticker and some photos of the bow and saved them on here in an album. Now if my memory stick gets lost or ruined, I should still have them on here. I also took the specs off the website and wrote them on an index card, and when I put the new string on, I put those measurements on too. I keep the index card in my supply box, which is an old first aid kit that has latches to keep is closed and dividers to organize it.

Don't forget the Axle to Axle and brace height measurements.

Good info Hutch. I've already took pics of my bow and limb sticker. I also placed a clear laminate sticker over the bow spec sticker to protect it from water, rubbing,etc. It's nice to know when I order my next set of strings from you that you have everything covered.

I dont keep bows long enough to make that worth it................if a see another one i want boom my current bow gone.
