yea a buddy who is a body/paint guy talked me into it. did it in a night. no door jams or anything. filled in hundreds of dents too-hail damage and more. buddy told me it wouldn't be dent proof, but should be able to run it through a barbed wire fence with no probs. i don't know what he thought i planned on doing with it
The wife hates it there always guys touching it and asking about it. one guy was touching it before she even had it parked at the grocery store

i would have to give it a touch too.befor i read what ya wrote i seen the pic and was thinking it was painted with hammer tone,im going to paint my runner in gun mettel gray when i park it to re-build it from the ground up

dig the honcho skychi, always wanted one. Propane? how does that work? do you take an old diesel and convert?

Love the Rhino liner too. It works great in Jeep tubs and is pretty popular with offroaders.

Propane is a bolt on thing, easy really. Basicly the same components and tanks as fork trucks and such. No power loss, burns super clean, cost about the same as gasoline, gets about the same mileage and the big advantage is it's a pressurized gassious system. It doesn't care if you are upside down and is safer than gasoline. You suffer none of the problems that you have with carburetors on steep slopes and off camber stuff. It is very popular with the serious wheeling crowd.

Had a 1948 Willy's Jeep in 1972 it was a tough machine,but due to it's age it turned into a money pit real fast.I had a lot of good times with it before I sold it and bought a 4x4 Ford Ranger150 .
