Bow is nice and fast for your DL but if you pump up the DW you will get a little more. But I too would want to know why?

Seems about right to me, I really don't see you getting any more unless you up the limbs to 70 lbs.
Both mine have 60 lb limbs and are set to just under 300 fps, with a few pounds of adjustment spare, but I have a 30.5" DL.

Unless you are trying to get omen speed out of your shadowcat (not likely) you are doing better than guys out there trying to get 300 pfs out of the dl and dw you have.
I'm not even getting 290 out of my firecat set at 65# and 29" dl.
You could take it to somebody who knows how to "supertune" a bow, maybe worth 5 or so fps but will set you back more than it's worth.
Go to a little lighter arrow if you really want more speed.
Get a speed bow if you have to have 350 fps.
If you are accurate and comfortable with your bow that's worth more than a few fps.
