    EHunter,After High school I went to work at the local mill,that produced underwear,I worked in the dye house with some of the less than smart individuals. We would send them for a bucket of steam and iron beam stretchers,etc they would go and search for them.It was funny.

    As an ex Air Force guy we sent many a FNGs to look for Flight Line and to take air samples.

    ^^ The way it should be, never having to know if customer service is great or not! Too bad it isn't that way for all companies. It makes you wonder when eveyone knows about great customer service from a company doesn't it? ^^
