Understood. Just whack it together and see what you end up with. Martins usually don't get any higher than 75# max with 7H and the lighter limb should be 8# lighter. I say should because you never can be 100% sure of the final weight, that's why there is mediums, heavy, etc, so the builder can adjust the final weight.
Bow press or using the limb bolts?

oh well its not that hard to change limbs so i will try both and see wich one my sons wife can draw back thanks for the help guys i will start with 3 m
