all beautiful Pictures for you. I love seeing where other folks hunt, I love the Bear Pics. I haven't been fortunate enough to capture a Bear on my Cam. The Deer have been spooked lately. We have a Cougar running around. He was bedded down in a neighbors yard about 7 houses down from me. His dogs baying Woke him up, When he stepped out to check on them the Cougar got up and took off. My latest trail cam pictures are near zero. Deer movement had been disrupted. I'm packing my Handgun for backup protection coming Sept 1. Just got back from the big city a purchased my OTC Elk, bear and Cougar tags.

What is this Elkslayer? You must live in walmart country. You know, one stop shopping for hunting animals. Cool pics my man. Thanks for sharing.

Just lucky enough to get in the right place at the right time, does'nt hurt to live in the Pacific Northwest either. Although I was living in California, 3/4 of the population lives south of San Francisco, I lived in Mendocino county, 120 miles north of SF. Mendocino County is a hunters dream, Boone and Crocket blacktail deer, two species of elk, Roosevelt and Tule, and Pope and Young's #1 black bear was taken there. 90% of the huntable land is behind locked gates, shank's mare or bicycle is the only way in. I ride a lot. And now I'm up here in Orgeon, and as you can see there's plenty of bears. Easy to get the pics, not so easy to get a shot at one of 'em.
