    Hoyts black as well as most others are powdercoated. The spray cans of duracoat don't need the hardner. Just what I get from the site anyway.

    Yes it looks like you would need a spay gun. But they sell a Spray gun kit that runs off of a propellent. I think it is like $30 dollars. Which is reusable. It does work and it works well.
